REFUND POLICY

At She’s Refreshed, we  take pride in crafting high-quality, natural products designed to provide a refreshing and nourishing experience for your skin. Due to the nature of our products, we have the following refund and exchange policy:

  • Returns & Refunds: For health and safety reasons, we cannot accept returns or issue refunds for opened or used products. If you experience an issue with a product, please contact us within 7 days of receiving your order so we can assist you.

  • Damaged or Incorrect Products: If your product arrives damaged or you receive the wrong item, please notify us within 48 hours of delivery with a photo of the product and packaging. We will happily replace the item or issue a refund.

  • Exchanges: Exchanges are considered on a case-by-case basis and are only available for unopened, unused products returned within 7 days of delivery. The customer is responsible for return shipping costs unless the error was on our part.

  • All Sales Are Final After 7 Days: Due to the freshness and natural ingredients of our products, we cannot accommodate refunds or exchanges after 7 days.
