Cancellation Policy

At She’s Refreshed, we value your time and ask that you value ours as well. To maintain fairness to all clients, we have implemented the following cancellation policy:

• A non-refundable deposit is required to secure all appointments.

• If you need to reschedule or cancel your appointment, you must do so at least 24 hours prior to your scheduled time.

• Cancellations or rescheduling requests made within the 24-hour window of the scheduled appointment will result in the forfeiture of your deposit. A new deposit will be required to book a future appointment.

• No-call/no-show appointments will be charged 100% of the service cost.
